Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of jewelry or electronics sales is a plus
- Familiarity with cash register operation and basic math skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Multilingual skills are beneficial but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
